Turbine engine theory and application including: history, types, and theory of operation, the Brayton cycle, Bernoulli's principle, turbine engine air flow characteristics, and maintenance of the turbine, including installation and removal, inspection, troubleshooting and repair procedures. First in a two-course sequence.
