COLL 102 Academic Reading Skills

Critical reading and recall, using academic sources from one or more of a student's other courses, to increase comprehension and prepare for tests. Application and evaluation of a variety of strategic reading, note-taking, and vocabulary building practices. A companion course to other college-level classes; students should be concurrently enrolled in a 100-level class.
