ECE 215 Art, Storytelling, Music and Movement for Young Children

The study of storytelling, art, music and movement as tools to meet the holistic developmental domains of young children. Exploration of critical components of best practices in early childhood curriculum through hands-on application of open-ended art processes, oral storytelling, musical expression, and movement activities. Investigation of foundational theories and culturally responsive practices within these creative domains. Laboratory requirements included.
