PSYC 240 Social Psychology

Scientific study of the way individuals think, feel and behave in social situations. Applies the scientific methods used in the field to study social behavior and social issues. Common topics include self, social cognition, stereotyping, prejudice, and discrimination, attraction, aggression, altruism, attitudes, and group processes. Also offered as SOC 240. Credit may not be earned in both PSYC 240 and SOC 240.
