The BRIDGES Center

The BRIDGES Center (Building Readiness, Inspiring Dreams, Gaining Educational Success) is a resource hub for all English language learners and pre-college students, with a focus on Transitional Studies students. The center works closely with other resources on campus and in Snohomish County to prepare students not only to move forward in their academic pathway, but also to enter the workforce.

Core Services and Offerings

• I-BEST Program: Integrated Basic Education and Skills Training (see the I-BEST section for specific program offerings).
• Volunteer Literacy Tutoring: Targeted literacy development and program tutoring.
• Transitional Studies Preparation: Non-credit workshops specifically designed to prepare students for core Transitional Studies classes.
